Life is good

Well, I've been busy lately with life. The school year is coming to an end and the kids are gearing up for summer vacation. I'm looking forward to not having to rush 3 kids out the door for school every morning! I will get an extra 30 minutes of sleep every morning. Those credit cards in my last post. They're still cut up. One has been paid off and the other will be paid off in a couple weeks. As will almost all of our debt! It's an awesome feeling and a huge weight off our shoulders. Our bathroom re-model is finally happening. The tub has been cracked for a while so we had to replace it. We found the tub and the tub walls a couple weeks ago and I picked out new linoleum. And this weekend it finally came together where Joe and Fred were both off and able to work on it. They pulled the old tub out and we were excited to find that the floor underneath had not rotted even with the cracks in the tub. So we thought everything was smooth sailing from there. They got the floor cut and glued down and when they went to fit the tub they realized that the drain wasn't going to match up. So they hit a snag but were able to fix it fairly easily. They got the tub in and the walls up. Right now they're working on the walls around the tub. We decided to put up a waterproof walling around the tub after the wallpaper ripped a lot during the removal of the tub. We were going to just do it on the bottom portion of the dividing wall put then decided on going all around the tub. I can't wait until they're finished and I can get in there with my paint and finish things up. It's going to look great. I'll post some pictures when everything is finished.
